For those of you that I do not know, please let me introduce myself. I am Eric Thompson. I was elected President of our HOA board at our annual meeting in March.
We have made some great changes over the last couple of months: election of new board, transition to new management company, setting long term goals, creating a website (www.riveroakhoa.com) and negotiating vendor contracts. All the new board members are excited for change and are working hard to help River Oak move forward as a neighborhood.
Starting in May 2010 Keystone Partners is now our new management company. Keystone Partner's wants to see Vista Leaf improve and excel in the upcoming years. They offer a true relationship and are here to help us succeed
We will be working hard to create and meet long term goals for our great neighborhood.
